Error 164 on two Medicare clients since 1-1-20

I have received 3 rejections from Medicare since January 1st. I am enrolled with Medicare and claims for these clients had been accepted and paid prior to January. Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

    The same is happening to me. I know I have the correct ID number and format. This appears to be a clearinghouse rejection, and with clients that have previous claims submitted with the same ID number that had no problems. What is up?
