Blank superbill template

Is it possible to just print a blank superbill so that I can complete the information manually.  A client's father is asking to bill an out of network plan for sessions billed back in the 2nd qtr of 2019 before I started using Simple Practice.  Thoughts?

  HI Julie, 

  I hope you had a nice weekend.  At this time there is a not a way to print a blank superbill.

  I would recommend adding these past appointments to your SimplePractice Calendar with the appropriate information.  Once you do this you can create invoices for these appointments and record payment.  This way the superbill will reflect payment. 

  To add a diagnosis go to the client's overview tab and click +Create New > Diagnosis & Treatment Plan.
