When I'm scheduling appts for our therapists, the calendar does not easily show me where still-available appts slots are. We have 2 active therapists, and when they're both booked up for many appts a day, it makes it hard to see where open time slots are, and occasionally I miss a slot that I could have filled because it's difficult to see where openings are.
Additionally, we have several times had a client booked out for reoccurring appts, and had one of those end up being double booked over another appt that was scheduled in advance. Could you please add a feature that would alert us in case of a double booking?
Also helpful would be a feature that would flag us when an appt is booked on a day where the therapist is not available. Occasionally, our clinicians will remove availability for a day they usually work and SP still allows me to book clients for appts on that day (I handle all booking of appts for clients who would prefer to call and schedule).
These are major issues we deal with when scheduling, and solving these could really help us as a practice. Thanks!
