Selecting dates for un-invoiced sessions

It seems that you can only create invoices for ALL the un-invoiced ones at once. Sometimes I only want to do specific ones so I get a separate invoice for each date. Is there any way to make this happen? If not, how do I get it on the wishlist!

    Hi Susan, I'd be happy to help with this question. To create invoices for only certain dates, use the date range picker on the client's Billing tab to isolate the sessions you'd like to invoice. Then, click the +Create > Invoice button to generate an invoice for just the selected sessions. Let me know if you have any additional questions about this, or anything else SimplePractice.     When I attempt to create a manual invoice (adding balance from last month and current month), the ability to email disappears. When I attempt to save it and then send, it gets stamped paid, which is inaccurate. How do I resolve this?

    Is there a way to search for un-invoiced appointments? Occasionally I forget to invoice a session, and right now it seems like the only way to discover who I forgot to bill is to go back thru each individual appointment every week. I don't see a report for this. Thanks!

    Regarding searching for uninvoiced sessions, there are two ways you can do this:

    1. Go to Reports > Appointment Status Report > select Uninvoiced/Unbilled from the payment status dropdown.



    2. If you have any clients with an uninvoiced/unbilled amounts, you'll see a reminder in your Reminders tab, like the one below.
