Text message reminders of appointments

Several of our clients have 2 therapies (speech and OT, for example).  They are getting a text for just one appointment and this is causing them to miss one of the appointments.  The client names are different for different services (John Smith and John Smith OT) and both are marked to send text message, but they are only getting one reminder.

    Hi Karen, I'd be happy to help with this question. It sounds like you're creating duplicate client profiles for clients who see multiple providers in your practice. To ensure that the client always gets a reminder for all of their services, you can visit Edit Details on both client profiles and ensure that the Text Appointment Reminder box is checked for both client profiles. That way, the client will receive a reminder for their scheduled appointments, regardless of who the appointment is scheduled with.
