Drop down menu not available on some notes

I want to add a biopsychosocial to a note but it will only let me add a progress note. I am on the Essentials Plan. There are some appointments where I can select from a drop down menu, but not all.

    Hi Rachel,

    I'd be happy to help. The SimplePractice Essential plan does not include custom Progress Note Templates, including the biopsychosocial assessment. On the Essential plan, you have the ability to enter a SOAP, DAP, Simple, or Standard Progress Note. If you'd like to use Note Templates from our Template Library, like the biopsychosocial assessment, you can adjust your SimplePractice subscription to the Professional plan under My Account > Settings > Subscription Information.
