AnsweredDoes anyone know if there is a way to make a consultation appointment with an organization or business as the “client”?

I'd be happy to help with this question. Some of the professionals in our community choose to add organizations or businesses as Clients so that they can schedule and bill for consultation.

Many SimplePractice customers also choose to create a custom Service Code under My Account > Settings > Billing and Services > Services to keep track of non-therapy services rendered. Here's a guide on how: How to use and create service codes

Hi April - You can add and save a service code for future use by going to My Account > Settings > Billing and Services > Services. Then you can add it to a client appointment from the Calendar, or create an appointment with that service code, as pictured here:
