When in "Electronic Payment Reports" is there an easier way to see the "service date" without having to click on the claim number and go to the actual claim to see the service date? The only date that shows up without having to click on the claim number is the "Date Received" This is a huge inconvenience, especially when you go to the actual claim to see the service date, then hit the "back" button and it doesn't take you to the place you were before, and have to search for the client in the Electronic Payment Reports. Extremely frustrating. I hope I'm missing something and this is just a flaw in the program.
