Selecting a different address to appear on invoices

    I hope you are having a nice day. I would be happy to help.

    If you have Telehealth enabled in your account, you can navigate to My Account > Settings > Billing and Services and select a Billing Address. If you don't have Telehealth enabled in your account, you will not see an option to select a Billing Address on this page. If the Billing address is needed to populate on a claim form, you can use the instructions in the following Help Center guide to enter a billing address specifically for claim forms: Box 33: adding a billing address.

    Hi, I did this: Entering my billing address in Box 33, but the telehealth address is showing up instead of the billing address on all invoices and superbills.

    Leslie, you can add a different address to your SimplePractice account under My Account > Settings > Practice Details.

    How can have have my office address on the invoice for telehealth sessions and still have the address for insurance purposes? My home address was on the invoice of my client.

    Hi Breena, I'd be happy to help. Under My Account > Settings > Billing and Services, you can add a Billing Address if you have Telehealth enabled in SimplePractice. That way, you can list your practice address on billing documents without listing it as a Practice Address under Practice Details.

    My telehealth address is my home address, is there a way that I can just list my telehealth address (home address) on my insurance claims and NOT the invoices that go out to clients?  Thank you in advance for your response!

    I want to change the address that appears on my invoices. When I go to Billing and Services, I do not see billing address option.  I did find an address in the Insurance tab and I changed that but it didn't apply to the invoice.  I already logged out and back in again.

    I'm having the same issue as several others: my telehealth address is my home address which I only want displayed on insurance claims and NOT the invoices that go out to clients! Thank you!
