Wiley Treatment Plan
Answered

Is it possible to make the boxes in the Wiley Treatment Plan in Multi-line format.  Currently you can only see one line of text at a time.  This is cumbersome and difficult to make adjustments for my clients.  We have 17 therapists who all say the same thing.  We are even considering dropping Wiley from our program due to the difficulty in making modifications.

    Hi Sandra,

I understand that you're wondering whether it's possible to add multiple boxes in the Wiley Treatment Plan so that it's in a multi-line format. To make sure we're on the same page, can you send me a screenshot of the current difficulty which you're experiencing when you're using the Wiley Treatment Planner?

Please make sure that you're using a test client's Wiley Treatment Plan and that you're not sending an actual client's treatment plan in the screenshot.

I took a look at the Wiley Treatment Planner feature in my test account, and I see that there are multiple lines for the checkbox when there's additional information included.

Is this what you're referring to?

Please let me know, and I'd be happy to provide further clarification or next steps.

    Warmly,
