Messages & reminders, can’t tick both

    Hi April,

    I took a look at my test Client Portal account, and I noticed that you're only able to checkmark either voice messages or text messages

    In this case, I want to clarify that it's only possible to either receive text or voice reminders, and it's not possible to receive both types of appointment reminders. In light of this, your client will be able to receive email and text reminders, or they can receive email and voice reminders, but they will not be able to receive email, voice, and text reminders together.
