    Hi Petra, while the SimplePractice team is happy to help with questions related to SimplePractice, we're not always able to advise as to which codes are billable to what player in which circumstance. This rejection may be because the payer doesn't authorize the use of both CPT codes for the same date of service, but your best resource to get this resolved would be the payer.
