How do I view a report showing how much a counselor has written off?

    Hi Rachel,

    I hope your day is going well. I'm happy to help you with your question.

    You can access a report of your client/self-pay and insurance write off amounts on your Tax Report:

    1. From your Calendar page, click Reports on the left.
    2. Scroll down to the Practice Income Reports section on the right > click [Year] Tax Report.
    3. When you click [Year] Tax Report, you'll see a green banner appear letting you know that we're compiling your report and that we'll email you letting you know when it's ready. When you receive the email, it will contain a link to download your tax report. This link will expire after 24 hours. Once your report has downloaded, it should look similar to this and include both your client/self-pay and insurance write off amounts:
