Email subject line

Some of my clients miss emails about a message or a document sent because all of the emails from SP look the same in the subject header and they are used to the emails being appointment reminders so they do not open all of them. Is there a way to adjust this?

    Hi Samuel, I'd be happy to help. You can edit the subject lines of emails sent from SimplePractice under My Account > Settings > Client Portal > Emails.
