New client appointment

Hi. I need to allow new clients to set up online appointments. Right now it tells them to call the office.

This is urgent for something related to Coronavirus.  Can you please tell me how to disable this?

    Hi Lauri, I'd be happy to help. Under My Account > Settings > Client Portal, ensure that "New Clients can request appointments" is checked. Also, visit My Account > Settings > Billing and Services, and make sure the Services you'd like to offer to new clients have "Allow booking by new Clients" checked.     Gillian, I have done everything you suggested above, but it still says:  

    There are no more times available for booking online.

    Contact me directly to schedule a session.

    I just upgraded my free account to professional.  I just don't know what else to do.

    Can you help me?
