COVID-19 & Client retention

I am not sure if this is etiquette to discuss in these forms. I want to know how you are all surviving the first few weeks of recent changes made to how practices work, and what challenges have come up. 

For my practice, I have noticed a slope downward in confirmed appointments, due to clients not feeling very comfortable with telehealth - or their modality does not work via video (neurofeedback / body talk therapy) 

What are some of the ways that you are all working with clients to retain scheduled appointments in the light of COVID-19, and not meeting in person ?.
