I was wondering if you have the ability to sign documents on line? This would be very helpful to my practice.

  Yes, Simple Practice has e-signature. You can modify and add your own version of forms. Plus, you can share .pdf documents. It works really well and that is a primary reason I chose SP.

  Hi Karen, happy to help. Here's a guide on setting up your Client Portal so clients can eSign documents: https://support.simplepractice.com/hc/en-us/articles/207925883-Setting-up-the-Client-Portal

   

  Once your Client Portal is set up and your client has been invited to it, you can Share Consent Forms and Intake Questionnaires through the Share button on the client's Overview page and they can eSign the Consent Forms and fill out their Questionnaires easily.
