    Hello,

Were you able to get this resolved and is it actually working?

    I see no response.

I haven't heard anything yet but I posted this just as the corona stuff started. I know they have a lot on their plates so was going to email them about it when the craziness dies down and can update what I hear back.

Hi Everyone - There's no way to process an enrollment to receive electronic insurance payments through SimplePractice. You'll be paid by insurance payers outside of SimplePractice. However, you can enroll in Payment Reports (ERAs) for many insurance payers through SimplePractice. To do this, first add an existing Insurance Payer to a client's Billing and Insurance. Then go to Settings > Insurance > Enrollments and find the payer, click the +Enroll button under the Payment Reports column if available.

I also suggest checking out our Help Center's detailed explanation of Payment reports (ERAs). If you're interested in enrolling for Payment Reports and automating your insurance bookkeeping, here's a great guide on how to get started: How do I submit an enrollment to file claims or receive payment reports?

We recently enrolled in InstaMed for Premera Individual plan remittance and I just found that InstaMed connects to SP so I went on a hunt to see what else I can connect to InstaMed and Enrollhub does! I just submitted a request for Zelis ERA to connect to Enrollhub and Enrollhub to InstaMed which should then feed to SP.

It's crazy long and drawn out but I'm happy to setup 3 different accounts to talk to each other and feed into SP once versus tracking everything down from each separate account every month.

Oh cool! I just setup instamed for a secondary insurance I had but now I need to play around with it more! That's an awesome idea and will see what else can work with them. Like you said, I'd rather have a longer setup and then an easier time having payments come in. Have you tested it already with it applying?

    Thanks for the suggestion!

It is working with our Premera payments, but I just submitted quite a few enrollments today so I'll let ya know.
