Hi Katie, I'd be happy to help. SimplePractice’s Telehealth platform does not currently support group and couple’s sessions. We are actively working toward this functionality.

Looking forward to being able to have more than one person on a call.  Separated families need this.  Thank you

Gillian - any update on the progress with group Telehealth sessions? This is so important to those of us working with families. used to offer free version with group but looks like that has changed. I really don't want to have to subscribe to a separate platform for family/group sessions.

    Hi Anthony and Danielle,

We’ve released Enhanced Client Management for Couples, which now allows you to hold three-way Telehealth calls with couples where each partner is in a different location.

We’re continuing to work on updates that will make Telehealth appointments with families or groups easier. Thank you for your patience as we work hard to bring these new features to you.

If you have a moment I encourage you to vote and add your comment to the Group and couple's sessions via telehealth idea which has been added to our Ideas and Suggestions board. When you vote or comment on this post, you'll automatically receive our status updates on this feature.

For some background, posting and commenting on our Ideas & Suggestions Board means that members of our Product Team, as well as all members of our Community, have transparent access to review your suggestion. This board is one of our most important resources for understanding which features will have the most value for our community.

If you're curious, here's more information about how a customer idea can become a SimplePractice feature: Customer feedback: How a customer idea can become a feature in SimplePractice.
