Blue Cross EOB

I have enrolled in and regularly received EOBs electronically from Blue Cross Blue Shield since September 2019.  Starting March 2020, I have no longer been receiving BCBS electronic EOBs in Simple Practice.  I checked my enrollment and it appears everything is still compliant.  

Any insight on how to fix so that I can continue to receive BCBS electronic EOBs through Simple Practice?

    An ERA from Anthem has not shown up in my account either. It was processed by Anthem on 4/19/20 and the check processed 4/27/20.  I had previously rec'd one so I know it's set up.

    I am also having an issue with not receiving EOB from Regence since May 2. I have received the deposit, just not EOBs.

    SAME PROBLEM - STILL NOT RECTIFIED AND ITS NOW 5/16/20 my last post was 4/26/20 - we can't keep blaming COVID 19 - we still need support and solutions.

    Strangely enough we received ERA from Blue Cross of Florida today on a Sunday 05/17/2020 - usually they are posted on Wednesday - looks like something broke lose and released some old era files. We'll take it however it happened. Thanks SP and the mysterious clearinghouse behind the scenes.

    Hi Everyone - Thank you for cueing us into what's going on with your Payment Reports. Since the start of the pandemic, we've noticed delivery delays for some Insurance Payers' EOBs. Our Insurance Specialists are working on this on a case by case basis.

    If you're not receiving Payment Reports for one, or more insurance payer you're enrolled with, please submit a Help Request so our Insurance Group can investigate this for you.
