Am I able to use outside secure telehealth sites and bill through simple practice?

  Hi Cody, happy to help. Yes, you can use a 3rd-party Telehealth platform in tandem with SimplePractice, although you will lose the convenience of our fully integrated Telehealth platform. To add a Video Office office location so your Telehealth claims automatically populate with the 02 Place of Service Code, create a new Location for Telehealth under My Account > Settings > Practice Details.
