    Happy to help, Michelle. We're planning to add more customization to the self-scheduler in the future. At the moment, there is not a way to change the appointment booking flow on the Widget.

    Is there a way to give them a choice in "location," whether at the office (their only option at the moment) or Telehealth? I am already aware I have the ability to amend the location on my end once the appointment is made, but when they are setting themselves up in the client portal it would seem nice if they had the option there, were they not comfortable during this time to meet any other way. I'd  hate for someone to be deterred not having this as an option if they were not comfortable in-person at the moment.
