Accessing multiple clients through video at once
AnsweredI was wondering if there was a way for a practitioner to be able to have multiple clients on at once in order to do a bereavement circle or the like.

Hi Joseph and Michelle,
For security reasons, each of your clients' appointments has its own unique Telehealth video call link that's automatically generated in your account. Currently, this unique link serves to protect multiple individuals from potentially accessing a single client’s video call link while you are conducting a one-on-one session. To ensure the privacy of your individual sessions, we don’t currently support group or couple Telehealth appointments, as this would require sharing one person’s unique link with multiple individuals.
While I don’t yet have an ETA for you on when we’ll be releasing official support for group Telehealth sessions, we are actively working on it and we know it’s important. In the meantime, if you would like to be notified when we have a group Telehealth workflow available, feel free to send us an email help request through your account.

Hi Lillian, you can share the Telehealth link with multiple people so they can access the session on different devices. To do this click on the appointment from the Calendar > Share Link > Copy Link, then send the copied like outside of SimplePractice or as a secure message. To send a secure message click the messaging icon to the top right of your client's file. Please keep in mind that the quality of the Telehealth session will depend on the Wifi Network and device configuration of all participants. We're currently working on a way to better support group sessions, please upvote and comment on this feature request so our Product Team can consider your input: https://simplepractice.uservoice.com/forums/918553-simplepractice-feedback/suggestions/36345115-group-therapy-and-classes-scheduling-and-notes

I am wondering the same thing. I have a family located in different areas and in need of a telehealth family session with four different people. They need to process a father who passed away during Covid. Can I conduct this type of session on Simple Practice? Can Simple Practice have a "family session link" that multiple people can access together?
Thank you,
