Clients continue to ask me if there was an app they could use for the portal to message back and forth ?
AnsweredMobile app for clients to use for the messenger and portal like the telehealth app they are able to use?

I totally agree. The process for the client with absence of passwords is painful: go to the web portal, click the link, got to email, find the message and link and click that, now back to the website. In the mean time the poor client has gotten a text message or phone call from someone that requires attention. By the time she returns the link, its has timed out. Now she has to start over.
With an app it could support Touch ID and Face ID (plus the Android equivalents), so all you have to do is launch the app and use your fingerprint or face to log in – very fast and pain free.
If we want clients to use secure communications, we have to make it easy, not painful.

Hi Nagendra, to clarify, if your client isn't already logged into the Client Portal, they'll get an email notification to check their Client Portal for a new secure message 10 minutes after you send the message. The Emails Sent Report will tell you if an email was "Delivered" successfully, reported as Spam, or "Bounced." There's no way to verify if an email has been read. You can, however, verify if a secure message was read, or if it's just been "Delivered." Here's a screenshot of a read and delivered message from one of my test clients' secure messages:
