Order of Diagnoses
AnsweredIs it possible to simply change the order of my client's diagnoses without having to delete them and start again in the right order?

Hi Paul - You can always edit a diagnosis and backdate it so that it appears before another diagnosis you entered. To edit a diagnosis, find it on your client's Overview page, place your cursor over it, then click on the Edit icon that appears to the right. Now, you can change the date on the diagnosis.

I have a similar question (possibly the same if I'm reading it correctly), if my client has multiple diagnoses, is it possible to reorder them? For example, my client has OCD, GAD, MDD listed in that order, but I realize that I wanted GAD first (as the primary diagnosis), MDD second, and OCD third. Is there a way to reorder without having to delete a diagnosis and associated goals and re-enter them?

I also have this issue - because we are a specialty group we often have to add un-billable T and Z codes to specify what we are working with the client on, in addition to a billable F dx. Is it possible to make any reorder button? If not, we have to erase the dx and tx plan, which is a hassle just so that they appear in the correct order on the claim (or they'll be denied).
This seems like an easy fix that would make filing claims a lot easier. Can SP add this function?

Hi Everyone, thanks for your input! You're right, there's no way to reorder multiple diagnoses entered together. Also, we don't include un-billable codes in order to avoid insurance billing issues when customers submit claims.
