    Hi Shaina - If you don't accept or deny the client's appointment, then it will still appear in your Calendar without having to grant them access to your Client Portal. 

    In their client file, you can see that Client Portal access isn't granted for a new client you haven't accepted an appointment request for:

    The email from Monarch says: As a reminder, you have 72 hours to respond to this request before it’s removed from your calendar.

    How do we have a consult that is scheduled over 72 hours out without accepting them as a client and giving portal access?
