Batch ERA reports
None

I'm new to SP and I submit claims as a batch once per week.  I just received my first check billing in this way and it came along with a statement that claim summaries have been sent electronically.

I can't find the report to see all the associated claims at once.  Can someone please direct me to this information.

    Hi Lisa, I'm not sure if the issue is with the insurance companies or the clearinghouse, but many of us have been experiencing delays in getting payment reports posted to SimplePractice, even though the payments are going into our bank accounts. I've been with SimplePractice since 2016, and this is the first time that I have had this problem. I believe this is mainly related to all of the changes since shifting to telehealth. Since you are new to SimplePractice, there can also be delays related to enrolling in ERA. I think until I was officially accepted for ERA reports that I had to manually apply payments for the first 4-6 weeks. I'm thinking that might not be the case for you as you said that claim summaries were being sent electronically.
