I have a requested appointment email to accept or reject.  The email link takes me to simple practice.  How do I navigate from there?  The first request was simple, select accept or reject from the email.  This one, not so easy.  Thank you.

Hi Justina and Maria - I'm happy to clarify how appointment requests work:

Justina - If you don't "Accept" or "Reject" an appointment request, the appointment will appear on your Calendar as a regular appointment. The notification will still appear to the left, but once the appointment time ends, the notification will disappear and the appointment will default to the "Show" status.

Maria - You'll want to login to your SimplePractice account. To the left of your Calendar homepage, you'll see all requested appointments listed. Each request will have the option for you to "Accept" or "Deny."

Hi Ruth- I had the same situation Maria did. I accepted the appointment and it sent me to forward the appointment notification email to the client but it is not showing up on my calendar.

So, I just had the same thing happen again today as yesterday. I accepted an appointment a client made but it is not showing up on my calendar. Any thoughts as to why this keeps happening?

Hi Brigit, can you check to see if your Calendar display settings are set to include "All Clinicians" (if you're in a Group Practice) and "All Offices"? If that doesn't help, please reach out to our Customer Success Team so they can investigate your Calendar for you. Click here to submit an email Help Request to them!

In a reply above Ruth said, "...  you'll see all requested appointments listed."  Actually, from what I can see SP will only show the next six appointments. Am I missing something?

I'm struggling to understand how I can see all a client's upcoming appointments without clicking through the calendar looking.

Hi Marlon, I was actually referring to "Requested Appointments" made by the client through our Online Booking feature. To find more than the next 6 upcoming appointments for your clients, you can download the SimplePractice Mobile App on your phone and go to your Calendar, click the bullet list icon to the top right to see all your upcoming appointments listed. There's no way to see a list of all upcoming appointments if you're using a web browser, or are on your computer. You also won't be able to sort upcoming appointments by client on the SimplePractice Mobile App.

Thank you for clarifying.  I do have the Android app. I see the "hamburger" (three lines), however nothing else that might be a bullet list icon. Neither there nor anywhere in the app can I find a place to see all of a client's upcoming appointments.  It's a little surprising that I can't find a way to see all of a client's upcoming appointments. We have clients that book out one to two per week for three months.  If a client has several booked that aren't reoccurring, but wants to cancel - I have to hunt through each day/week?

Hi Marlon, in your Mobile App you can see all appointments listed for all your clients by clicking on that bullet point icon to the top right of your Calendar. There's no way to see all the scheduled appointments for a specific client listed in the app. You can go to a client's file in the mobile app, click on the Next Appointment section and hit the "Next" or "Previous" links below to find the appointment you'd like to delete, or change, for the client. If you're on a web browser, you can see a list of the next 6 appointments scheduled for a client in the UPCOMING APPOINTMENTS box to the right of their client file.

Ruth, thank you for trying to help.  Unfortunately, there is no bullet point icon on the top right in the Android app - no worries though.  I'm not trying to pull up all appts for all my clients.  I was trying to see all appts for one client. It is perplexing that I cannot go somewhere on the website and see all a client's appointments scheduled. We have clients that book out months in advance. Only seeing six is quite limiting.
