How to send CC form to parent

    Hi Michael - I'm happy to answer your question; however, the fastest way to get help from our Customer Success Group, is by submitting a Help Request with them. You can do this from your SimplePractice account by clicking on the "?" icon to the bottom right > Get Help > Ask Question > Email. You can also click here to submit a Help Request: SimplePractice Help Request Form.

    To answer your question, you'll want to add your client's mother as a Contact and make her "Responsible for Billing." If you enable Client Portal access for the mother, you'll be able to share the Credit Card Information Form with her directly and she'll be able to make payments for her son through her own separate Client Portal login.
