    I'm trying to submit a claim for a patient that was seen 5 times in the past.  When I remove 4 of the lines that I don't need it will not allow me to process the claim without putting the information back for the 4 lines that I deleted.  I'm not sure what to do.  Other claims that I have processed and removed lines that I didn't need, I had no problem processing them.

    Please advise what I can do to process this claim.

    Hi All - There are various reasons why a claim isn't going through. The best way for you to identify why a claim isn't getting processed is by submitting a Help Request.
