I am trying to resubmit a claim. I saw the client 5 times in a month. The first two times were under an EAP authorization. The last three were under their insurance (the same carrier as the EAP). When I try to resubmit the claim without the EAP appointments the two lines won't clear completely. the system also won't let me submit a new claim with just the the other three appointments on the claim. I don't know what to do.
