Reminders for unlocked notes

I have used the report option to find unlocked notes.  However, I love the little symbol on the calendar that for unwritten notes.  What if that just stayed there until it is locked?

  Hi Elizabeth, I'd recommend going to Reports > Appointment Status Report, adjusting the date range to your liking, hitting "Include Documentation," then use the dropdown menu that appears to change your display settings from "All Notes" to "Unlocked."

  Why was the report to view unlocked notes taken away? The Appt Status Report no longer includes the check box for Documentation.

  What happened to the little symbol indicating locked/unlocked notes?  It disappeared today.
