Virtual Receptionist and SimplePratice

I am considering hiring a virtual receptionist to field calls from potential patients,  take their demographic info, schedule the initial appointment, etc. Is there a way that the virtual receptionist can have access to SimplePractice to complete the necessary tasks without having full access to my account and all current patient data?

    Hi Andrew, I'd be happy to help. SimplePractice offers Biller and Scheduler Team Member roles, which allow VAs and virtual staff to work in your SimplePractice account without having access to protected client information or clinical data. I'd recommend adding your virtual receptionist as a Scheduler so that he or she has their own login and can schedule clients, edit client demographics, and communicate with you securely all within SimplePractice.
