Utilizing a previous session note

How do I utilize a previous "session note" when last session was a quick note/LC/NS, so don't have to recreate a new one.

  Hi Amanda - From your new appointment, add a Progress Note, then click the Load Previous Note link. You'll be able to load a previous note as long as it's in the same template format as the last note entered.

  If a client is being seen by another therapist, how do I "Load Previous Note"? Recent client was seen by another therapist for a visit and the clinician was unable to pull forward previous note- she had to open in a new tab and copy/ paste note. Is this because the note was linked to another clinician?
