Getting Rid of "Better" template

Hi:

Is Simple Practice planning to delete the "Better" form from templates. They've gone out of business and I can't delete it myself unless I remember to do it when the initial email goes out.

  Hi Elizabeth,

  Yes, we've removed that template from our library. However, I'm seeing you are unable to remove it because you set it as your default intake template. Here's how to fix that:

  1. Go to your Shared Documents and Files and scroll down to the Intake Forms and Questionnaires section. Use the radio button to choose another default intake questionnaire that is not the Better form.

  

  2. Next, click Manage Forms at the bottom and then you can delete that template from your library.
