Reports for insurance payments
AnsweredI'm looking for a way to run a report that would tell a therapist exactly was was included on their paycheck-what date of service, how much they were paid for the service, and client's name. Does anyone know if this exists?

Hi Jennifer and Bridget - I've got just the report for you: the Income Received by Clinician Report. This report allow you to calculate payroll and then export a spreadsheet containing an itemized list of each payment, the corresponding service, or product, and the rendering clinician.
Go to Reports > Income Received by Clinician, check the box to include Insurance Payments, then close out a pay period for a given date range. In the Closed Pay Periods tab, you can click on the CSV link to the right of the pay period you'd like to generate a spreadsheet for.
