    I am having the same problem. My patients are told that the link is expired but I don't see anything in the documentation about that.

    Hi Everyone - You're probably referring to the recent Telehealth feature enhancement that assigns unique Telehealth links to each appointment you schedule. In the previous functionality, Telehealth links were only unique to the client, one link per client. If clients bookmarked, or saved their link, it will no longer work. 

    If you've enabled email reminders for your practice as well as for your individual clients, then they'll receive their unique Telehealth appointment link automatically. The link will be sent out at the time you set Email Reminders to be initiated, as well as 10 minutes before the appointment start time. Here is more on Telehealth reminders

    I sent up email reminders and my client’s partner isn’t getting them?  I had an individual with her last Friday and she got that one. When I set them up as a couple is when I’m having this issue, what do I do next?
