UNIQUE TELEHEALTH LINKS
AnsweredHelp with NEW TELEHEALTH LINKS: I have noticed over the last couple of weeks that many clients can no longer use the same link (but this hasn't been consistent) from week to week. IS IT TRUE that a client needs a new link for each appointment? I never received an email from SP about this change. Can someone send the email to me? And can someone explain how my clients are supposed to get the link each week? I can't imagine doing this manually. Thank you!

Hi Everyone - You're probably referring to the recent Telehealth feature enhancement that assigns unique Telehealth links to each appointment you schedule. In the previous functionality, Telehealth links were only unique to the client, one link per client. If clients bookmarked, or saved their link, it will no longer work.
If you've enabled email reminders for your practice as well as for your individual clients, then they'll receive their unique Telehealth appointment link automatically. The link will be sent out at the time you set Email Reminders to be initiated, as well as 10 minutes before the appointment start time. Here is more on Telehealth reminders.
