New credit cards won't add
AnsweredIs anyone out there having trouble adding new credit cards? I'm going crazy over here and customer support is non-existent. Is it because there was an update that made it so we can't add new cards?

Thanks for being patient with us, I do see that Troy and Dr. Dome were able to submit Help Requests to our Customer Success Group for further assistance. This is the quickest and best way to get help from us.
To answer your question: a lot of times this can occur when on a weak network, or are using an outdated device, operating system, or browser. This can also occur if you have certain extensions, or ad blockers installed to your browser, if you haven't cleared your cache, or are using an unsupported browser. I deleted patient's old debit card and neither they or I can enter a new card. We receive message, "Could not add card. Your card was declined." Patient confirmed the card worked for other purchases.
