    Hi Joan - It looks like you were able to submit a Help Request through your SimplePractice account and are working on this with a member of our Customer Success Group. In the future, if you have a specific question regarding your account settings, or a client file, it's best to use the question mark icon "?," to the bottom right of your screen, to submit a Help Request email.
