Office location settings and Availability

I am trying to use the "unassigned office" location when clients book their initial 15 min. phone consult with me. I can manually change it to unassigned from my calendar but when I set up my availability for people to schedule initial calls, the "unassigned" location doesn't even show up in the drop down options menu for office locations. Does anyone know how I can make the unassigned office location show up when adding availability to set that as my office location for these initial phone calls? Please let me know, thanks!

Hi Everyone - The Unassigned Office usually appears in replacement of the Telehealth Office Location when you disable Telehealth.
What you'll want to do instead is create a new Office Location in Settings > Practice Details. Click the +Office and add a Phone Consultation Office Location. In the address form fields you can either enter your phone number, or NA to indicate the location will be virtual. If you want to make this Office Location available for Online Booking, go to your Calendar > Availability and create an Availability timeframe for this Office Location. You can choose which service you'd like to offer at this Office Location.
