I am trying to do the same thing.  For now, I have to set up as Telehealth.  I would like to find out the unassigned office option as well.

Same question — when clients sign up it says there will be a video session. This is not the case (it's a phone consultation, not video) and I don't know how to fix it.

Hi Everyone - The Unassigned Office usually appears in replacement of the Telehealth Office Location when you disable Telehealth.

What you'll want to do instead is create a new Office Location in Settings > Practice Details. Click the +Office and add a Phone Consultation Office Location. In the address form fields you can either enter your phone number, or NA to indicate the location will be virtual. If you want to make this Office Location available for Online Booking, go to your Calendar > Availability and create an Availability timeframe for this Office Location. You can choose which service you'd like to offer at this Office Location.

Is this feature no longer available? I don't see the option to add.

I am sorry but this platform ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! WHY DO WE BOTHER IN THESE THREADS. SOME HAVE 500 PEOPLE UPSET EXPRESSING CONFUSION AND CONCERN AND NO ONE EVER REPLIES (WELL MAYBE ONCE IN A BLUEMOON, AFTER 100 CONSUMER COMPLAINTS).. WHAT THE FUCK? GET IT TOGETHER SIMPLE PRACTICE
