Reordering form responses

I'd like to know if this has been an issue for others. When I'm creating a form where the question has multiple possible answers, I sometimes think of another response I want to add. Often I would like this response to be first on the list. Or, I've decided I'd like to reorder the responses I already have. As far as I know, this is not currently possible. Has anyone else felt the need to do this?

Just to clarify, I know that the questions can be reordered, I'm referring to the response options you're giving the client.

  Yup. I usually cut and paste. It’s, um. Time consuming but a necessary evil, I feel like.
