Budgets-how to track revenue?

How can I get the actual revenue for each month?  Example not payments, because the payments are for prior months, but the actual amount charged total for each month with the number of appointments in order to complete a budget.  I do see the current month with the previous for appointment numbers, but how can I track the amount charged each month or amount billed out each month?

    HI Donna, I'd recommend using the Billing > Export Transactions report to obtain a report that shows all of the payments added in your SimplePractice account during a given time-frame.
