    I'm having the same problem. This is not my first telehealth session. Maybe my 100th and never had this problem. I get the same error message with Firefox and Safari

    It randomly started working for me again, no idea why or how.  I did restart my computer after an update that was unrelated to the web browser.  Sorry I'm not much help here.

    Restarting my computer resolved the problem.
