Time-Saving Supervision Feature Request
AnsweredThe supervision signing sequence needs to be streamlined as follows:
Supervision -->
Name-->
Read the note-->
Lock and Sign -->
Lock Now--> (but do we really need both?)
Next Name-->
Read the note-->
Lock and Sign--> etc.
Currently, after signing and locking the note, twice, the sequence takes me backwards to the clinician's progress note itself. I've just read and clicked two consecutive windows to sign this note, so I obviously don't need to look at it again.
The supervisor then has to go back to the original Supervision tab and start the whole sequence again with the next note. (And each click means loading time these days.) A continuous sequence (think like the Add feature on Quickbooks) would save so much valuable supervisory time!

Agreed! I also would like a function to review multiple notes for a supervisee at a time. In other electronic records I've used, you can pull a report to read and approve 100 progress notes at a time. You can filter by client name, clinician name, date of service, etc. I appreciate having different ways to run this report so I can notice different trends in my supervisee's documentation and clinical services. Currently, having to click into each individual note is too time-consuming for supervisors.
