    multiple emails back and forth with support.  want to have this issue resolved NOW.  I want live chat, or phone call or video call, but a real person in real time!

    Hi All - We sincerely apologize for the time it's taken to address this post.

    Our Customer Success Group has been inundated with requests since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. We're currently working on how to efficiently respond to Community Forum posts during these unprecedented times. We're also building out a Phone Support Group, so we hear you and are doing our best to accommodate your requests.

    You can still reach us on our Live Chat feature; however, we've had to temporarily restrict our operating hours to Tuesday - Thursday, 7am - 6pm PT (learn more here). We do hold calls upon request for our paid customers, if you'd like a call, please indicate so when submitting a SimplePractice Help Request Form. Urgent requests will be prioritized, so let us know if your questions, or concerns need to be addressed quickly.
