Chat option is GONE
AnsweredI am unable to find the chat option under the help tab or question mark tab. I have sent 3 emails for help and have yet to receive a response. This is not ok. I have searched and searched for a telephone number for technical assistance and haven't been able to find one.

Our Customer Success Group has been inundated with requests since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. We're currently working on how to efficiently respond to Community Forum posts during these unprecedented times. We're also building out a Phone Support Group, so we hear you and are doing our best to accommodate your requests.
You can still reach us on our Live Chat feature; however, we've had to temporarily restrict our operating hours to Tuesday - Thursday, 7am - 6pm PT (learn more here). Urgent requests will be prioritized, so let us know if your questions, or concerns need to be addressed quickly.
