I have been filing claims directly with BCBS, but thought I would simplify and submit through Simple Practice. However, it is being rejected with the following statement:
Acknowledgement/Returned as unprocessable claim-The claim/encounter has been rejected and has not been entered into the adjudication system. (A3) Missing or invalid information. BILLING NPI IS NOT ON FILE >(**insert my NPI #) Missing or invalid information. BILLING NPI IS NOT AUTHORIZED FOR TAX ID >Tax id or SSN / (*again insert my NPI #) (21)
Suggestions? I cannot locate an atual phone number for Simple Practice and live chat is not available?
