How to make telehealth the default 'location'?

    I was wondering the same thing! When clients request appointments through the portal, they automatically generate as in-office appointments and if I forget to change it, they don't get a link.

    Same concern.  Though it looks like when you set your availability you can set location as telehealth which should mostly resolve it.  I think. :)

    Thanks for the tip, John! I went ahead and deleted my office location and set up availability under the video office and it took care of it (I likely didn't have to delete the office, but just decided to give up my office so thought I'd do both at once).

    I just discovered that you can make this change at the client level by going to the page to edit client info, and then changing the default location where this client is generally seen. You have to do it for each client, though, as opposed to selecting your video office as your default for your practice.

    Hi All - Rhonda is correct! You can go to your client's file, click Edit under their name and scroll down to adjust the default Location for this client's sessions.

    How do I change the location code to 10 (new code) for Telehealth overall since most clients do Telehealth from their home?

    Yes when adding Telehealth POS 10 it does not seem to register that it is a telehealth location like POS 02 does, so is not listed under telehealth under Locations like POS 02, so not sure the video link will be sent out. Would also be helpful to know how to make that the POS 10 the default location.
