How to make telehealth the default 'location'?
AnsweredHi! What with working remotely now I'm wondering whether there is a way for sessions to automatically populate with the telehealth option so I don't have to change it manually. It's not a big deal but I often forget and then clients message concerned when they get appointment reminders wondering if I'm not in my office location. thanks!

I just discovered that you can make this change at the client level by going to the page to edit client info, and then changing the default location where this client is generally seen. You have to do it for each client, though, as opposed to selecting your video office as your default for your practice.

Yes when adding Telehealth POS 10 it does not seem to register that it is a telehealth location like POS 02 does, so is not listed under telehealth under Locations like POS 02, so not sure the video link will be sent out. Would also be helpful to know how to make that the POS 10 the default location.
