    I'm having similar problems in Kaiser.   it seems these have started when I applied for EFT with Kaiser as I was receiving payments correctly prior to that.    I also need help?

    I'm getting Rejected due to the following error: Rendering Provider's id number. (153) after updating a NY client to her Kansas insurance but nothing was changed with that. Is it a state to state thing I need to change?

    Hi Sabrina, I'd be happy to help. You'll always want to bill to your local BCBS instead of the client's, so if you're located in NY and paneled with BCBS of NY, enter the client's insurance payer as BCBS of NY. BCBS of NY will route the claim to BCBS of KY.
