Is anyone else unable to submit billing? I have been trying since last night and it is not processing, and its not just for one insurance company, its simple practice. It states waiting for response from secure simple practice and then times out. I have been unable to find a phone number for them to discuss this. This is very frustrating. I can't even find out how long it will be down.

Hi Shawna - At times if you haven't cleared your cache, updated your browser, or operating system, you may experience an error in SimplePractice being able to save, or publish your actions.
