    Hi Beverly - You're correct, the timezone in your appointment reminders will be set according to the timezone entered in My Account > Settings > Practice Details. 

    One recommendation is to add a note for your clients to double-check their appointment times and time zones in your default reminders' text. You can edit the text of your reminders under My Account > Settings > Client Reminders.
