I have had several clients complain that they are unable to find their anthem federal plan from the offered anthem plans when they are trying to upload/input their insurance

  We always bill to the local blue cross blue shield. They will then forward to the particular home plan. If you are in-network with the local BCBS then they will do the rest for you.
